1. Admission Policy

3. Attendance & Discipline
- Students must maintain regular attendance in all lectures.
- Indiscipline, misconduct, or disruption in class will not be tolerated.
- Students must arrive at least 5 minutes before class time.
- Inform management in advance if a student is going to remain absent.
- The institute has the right to suspend or expel students for serious violations.
4. Academic Responsibility
- The institute provides guidance, teaching, and study material.
- Student performance depends on individual effort, consistency, and practice.
- The institute does not guarantee specific results or ranks.
5. Study Material & Intellectual Property
- All study materials provided are the property of the institute.
- Students are not allowed to copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without permission.
6. Test Series & Evaluation
- Regular tests will be conducted to assess performance.
- Results and feedback will be shared with students/parents.
- The institute’s evaluation and grading system will be final.
7. Batch & Faculty Management
- The institute reserves the right to change batch timings, faculty, or schedule if required.
- Students must attend classes as per their allotted batch only.

8. Use of Technology
- Students may be required to use online platforms or apps for classes, tests, or communication.
- Proper use of digital platforms is mandatory; misuse may lead to action.
9. Code of Conduct
- Respect towards teachers, staff, and fellow students is mandatory.
- Any form of bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour will result in strict action.
10. Safety & Liability
- The institute is not responsible for personal belongings lost or stolen on the premises.
- Students must follow safety guidelines provided by the institute.
11. Use of Premises
- Students must follow all rules and regulations of the institute.
• Any damage caused will be chargeable.
12. Smart Classroom Rules
- Students must not go near smart boards, projectors, and other digital equipment.
- Do not touch or operate smart classroom equipment without teacher’s permission.
- Any damage to equipment must be compensated by the responsible student
13. Science Lab Rules
- Do Not Enter in Science Lab without permission.
- Lab experiments must be done only under teacher’s supervision.
- Follow all safety instructions during experiments.
- Do not touch chemicals or lab equipment without permission.
- Maintain cleanliness in the lab.
14. Dress & Presentation
- Students must come in our institute’s t-shirts and bag.
- Do not wear shorts. It must be fully covered. (ex. Jeans, Lower)
15. Academic Responsibility
- Students must bring required books, notebooks, and study materials daily.
- Homework and assignments must be completed on time.
- Participate actively in tests, doubt sessions and revision classes.
16. Transportation (if applicable)
- Transportation services (if provided) are optional and chargeable.
- The institute is not liable for delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

- Important updates will be shared via WhatsApp and official Application.
- Students/parents are responsible for staying updated.
18. Amendments
