1. General Policy

  • Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, except under conditions mentioned below.
  • Admission confirms acceptance of this refund policy.

2. Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases Only)

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: Extra amount paid by mistake will be refunded after verification.

3. No refund will be provided under the following situations:

  • Student withdraws voluntarily after admission
  • Change of mind / lack of interest
  • Absenteeism or irregular attendance
  • Academic performance not meeting expectations
  • Transfer to another institute or course
  • Personal reasons (health, relocation, school changes, etc.)
  • Expulsion due to disciplinary reasons

4. Partial Refund (Optional – If You Want Flexible Policy)

(You can include this only if you want to appear more parent-friendly)

  • Registration Fees (1st Instalment) is 100% refundable till 21 days of Batch Start Date.
  • If you will collect any material from the institute, fees will not be refunded then after.
  • In any case, Admission will not be transferred to the any other branch of Dr. Kirti CLASSES. After attending 21 days of trial

5. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days.
  • Refund will be made via the original mode of payment or bank
    transfer.

6. Documentation

Refund requests must be submitted in writing/email with:

  • Fee receipt
  • Admission details
  • Valid reason

7. Management Rights

  • The institute reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
  • Management decision will be final and binding.
